Billing
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on your choice at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit/debit cards). We never see or store your full card number.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.
You will receive an email receipt after each payment.

How to Cancel
- Sign in to your account at skillfocuslab.org/account.
- Scroll to the Subscription section.
- Click "Cancel Subscription".
- Confirm cancellation. That's it — one click.

What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate: Your cancellation takes effect right away. No more charges.
Access continues: You keep full Pro/Mastery access until the end of your current billing period.
After period ends: Your account reverts to the Free plan. All your data, scores, and progress history remain intact.
Resubscribe anytime: You can upgrade again whenever you want. Your historical data will still be there.
Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Refund requests after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Annual plan refunds are prorated based on unused months.
Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as indicated during checkout. You will not be charged during the trial period.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
After the trial, your subscription begins automatically at the selected plan price.
